I’m a senior writer on Fortnite: Battle Royale and Fortnite: Save the World. I have been asked to stop dabbing in meetings but GUESS WHAT?! THEY CAN’T STOP ME. I’M GONNA LIVE FOREVER!!!! Anyway, here’s (some of) what I do:
Voiced Quests (BR)
I write and oversee these scripts through production with support from the rest of the Fortnite writing team. I am also AMIE’s primary wrangler. She has bitten me many, many times.
NPCs and Flavor Text
I write NPC greeting text and dialogue, quest flavor text, and character bios in the collection book. The vending machine AI is named Llana, and she is my daughter.
Cosmetics
I help with cosmetic naming. I probably have better examples than the one on the right, but shipping “King me” on a chess emote was a little treat just for me. And sometimes I get to have a little treat too, okay?!
